QTS has had a well thought out strategic plan to ensure we have data center capacity to meet the growth requirements for our existing and prospective customers. Equally important, we have purchased land for greenfield construction on our Mega Data Center campuses.  Currently, we own 641 acres of land adjacent to our existing mega facilities in key strategic markets that will allow for our expansion and development for our customers.

This allows for exponential growth opportunity given that we’re able to expand current raised floor space to more than 5X on this owned land.  In addition, we are proud that each of our facility campuses offer unique features, benefiting our customers’ growth, environmental, and business needs.

In this webinar, our Facilities and Development leaders will provide a status update on 2019 initiated projects, as well as a roadmap of 2020 plans. 

For example, current QTS facilities that are undergoing expansion and development are: 

• QTS Irving, TX - a 32MW expansion to the current campus, expandable to 156MW

• QTS Atlanta GA - one of the most strategic and interconnected campuses in the Southeast

• QTS Hillsboro OR - 100% Day-1 renewable energy campus, with subsea cable access

• QTS Phoenix AZ - one of the most flexible, efficient campuses in the region.
